Counter-Notification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain such restoration.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, cedrive.com.ng may terminate, at our sole discretion, access to the website of any user who is deemed to be a repeat infringer.
